I bought this car in late 2015. The trans and engine blew up in May of 2016 so Ihad to re-do the whole thing. This was a huge unexpected expense which is why Iam selling it. This is not the original engine. 455 Pontiac block (the old onecracked). This car has a newly re-built Pontiac 455 engine, new much new everything. 455 block bored .030 over with all new, qualityforged engine internals. Edelbrock aluminum performance heads and intakemanifold. New MSD Super HEI digital 6AL ignition kit with Blaster SS coil. Converted to MSD Atomic EFI, TBI fuel injection. A more mildly aggressive cam.Complete new exhaust system with Hedman headers and a Flowmaster factory styleexhaust with ceramic coated 2.5" pipes, 50 series Delta Flow mufflers andstainless tips with the factory style angled cut. New Monster Turbo 350 TH350heavy duty high performance race trans built for 600hp. 1750 stall torqueconverter. Ford/Moser 9 inch posi rear. Hotchkis sport suspension and Wilwoodbrakes. Rear tires are new Nitto 275, the 255 tires up front are in great shapewith low mileage. New front and rear shocks. New coil springs up front, new 4leaf leaf springs in the rear. The interior is in very good condition and veryclean. No tears or rips in seats, no cracks on the dash. The paint is in goodcondition. The car had a fresh coat of paint at some point in the originalAdmiralty Blue. This caris meant to be driven. It has a nice Alpine stereo and power amp with Ipod, MP3hook up. A new PCB for the tach and gaug.

This car has been stored inside since the late 70's and was fullyrestored a few years ago. The car was daily driven by an 84 year old man up toabout a year ago when his health prevented him from being able to get in and outof it. That is what makes this car a unicorn of sorts as it isin very good to excellent driver condition. Yes I realize there is a 60 hubcap onthe front passenger side I have ordered a set of MEGA clean 59 Caps withspinners that will be included in the sale and be on the car by the end of theweek - Original 283 was pulled and rebuilt and bored .30 over (No leaks) -Powerglide was replace with a new TH350 Automatic transmission - 605 Powersteering box was added - 3:08 rearend was refreshened - Vintage air and heat wasadded (works great but not the cleanest install under the hood. We will becleaning this up) - Power disc brakes were added up front - New 4 core ChampionRadiator with electric fans were added - The front bumper, grill guard etc.
